Questions Before You Ship?

Clear answers to common questions about the shipping process.

We accept enquiries for approved vehicles, motorcycles, electronics, household goods, personal effects, machinery, vehicle parts, retail inventory and commercial cargo.
There is no single price for international shipping. Cost depends on cargo type, dimensions, weight, condition, pickup location, destination, shipping method, carrier rates and applicable charges.
Transit times vary by route, carrier schedules, port operations, documentation, customs procedures and other operational conditions. Any estimated date should be treated as an estimate unless expressly confirmed.
Collection may be arranged from supported auction facilities once the required payment and release information have been completed.
Some non-operable vehicles may be accepted, subject to additional handling requirements.
Do not place personal belongings inside a vehicle unless written approval has been provided.
Not automatically. Duties, taxes, storage, port fees, clearance and other destination charges may apply unless specifically included in writing.
Any insurance option, coverage, exclusions, cost and claims procedure must be confirmed in writing before shipment.

Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, improperly documented, hazardous or restricted goods may not be accepted. Approval may be required for certain restricted goods.
